First, you’ll make the breathtakingly simple pasta dough. Then learn how to roll it accurately every time. With these basic skills under your belt, you can start to get creative. Make pasta in a variety of shapes including pappardelle, tagliatelle, linguine, farfalle and quadratini. Finally, experiment with gorgeous natural colourings and delicious pasta fillings to create the perfect pasta dish.
Pasta DoughFirst, the Chiappa sisters will share all you need to know to make your own fresh pasta dough. Beautifully simple, this skill will prepare you for all the future modules.
Rolling PastaNext, you’ll learn how to turn this traditional pasta dough into perfect lasagne sheets. You’ll learn all there is to know about rolling the dough to achieve the exact thickness you are looking for.
Shaping PastaNow you can roll your pasta, you’ll learn how to make a variety of stunning pasta shapes including; pappardelle, tagliatelle, linguine, farfalle and quadratini. As well as crafting the shapes you learn key skills of seasoning and cooking your pasta to perfection.
Colouring PastaIn module 4, you will get creative and learn how to add natural colourings to make a vibrant pasta dishes. You’ll experiment with spinach, beetroot, tomato and saffron to make a variety of pasta colours.
The final module is all about fillings and achieving the ideal texture for your pasta, ensuring there are no air bubbles. As well as filling the pasta you’ll learn how to cook accurately and store if you want to save them for a later date.
