Create a smooth and moist macaron mixture, which is easy to pipe and produces a perfect consistency every time.
Achieve the best colouring results whilst learning how to pipe confidently and accurately.
Master macaron flavours and fillings, including french buttercream and classic French patisserie flavour combinations.
Get creative with delicious flavours, different coloured shells and beautiful decorations.
Experiment with your macarons by trying different sizes and all sorts of fillings.
